Michaela Ahlberg currently works as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at the Swedish telecom operator, TeliaSonera. She joined the company in September 2013 to establish an ethics & compliance office, as the company had gone through a period of media and prosecutor attention on alleged corruption. Ms. Ahlberg reports to the Chief Executive Officer and the Sustainability & Ethics Committee of the Board.
Ms. Ahlberg has some 30 years of international experience working as a legal and general counsel in both privately held and publically traded companies. During the past five years, she has focused her career towards ethics & compliance and is especially interested in anti-corruption.
Before joining TeliaSonera, Ms. Ahlberg worked as Chief Ethics & Compliance at Volvo Cars mainly focusing on their rapid expansion in China. She also spent five years with Nokia Siemens Networks, whereof three and a half years based in Dubai, UAE as head of legal & compliance for Middle East and Africa and one and half years based in Dallas as head of legal & compliance for North America. During these years, she traveled extensively and spent most of her time working on compliance matters.
Ms. Ahlberg also worked as a general counsel with responsibility for Legal and IPR at Nobel Biocare, a medical device company which at the time was listed on the Swiss and Swedish stock exchange, and as general counsel for EHPT (a joint venture of Ericsson and HP). She holds a master of law from Lunds University in Sweden.
Marianna Vintiadis is a Managing Director in Kroll’s Investigations & Disputes practice, specializing in business intelligence. Based in Milan where she is chief executive of the Italian subsidiary, Marianna is responsible for Kroll’s operations in Southern Europe. She joined the Business Intelligence and Investigations (BI&I) practice in Milan in June 2004. As a practitioner, Marianna has been involved in some of the corporation’s most-high profile and sensitive business intelligence engagements in the region, spanning many jurisdictions and areas of corporate activity.

As a manager, Marianna has been leading efforts to extend Kroll’s Italian market while also developing Greek operations, expanding the company’s activity and network in Austria and the Balkans and, most recently, in Spain and Portugal. In close collaboration with Kroll Ontrack, she is now extending the range of technology-based investigations with particular reference to sophisticated litigation support and anti-corruption assignments.
Moreover, Marianna has been pioneering the development of the data breach market in Southern Europe. Prior to joining Kroll, Marianna worked for Navale Assicurazioni in its marine hull division. Previously, Marianna had spent eight years at Cambridge University doing research, teaching, consulting in economics and working on technology transfer.
Philippe Pinsolle is the managing partner of the Paris office. Mr. Carl Östring since 2011, has been a General Counsel and Investment Manager of AB Traction, an investment company listed at Nasdaq Stockholm. Kiril Čavdar, PhD is definitely one of the most esteemed and eminent legal professionals in Republic of Macedonia with extensive experience in all areas of legal practice. He holds an LLM degree in Enforcement Procedure and a PhD in the field of civil and legal protection of public property.
Born in Resen, he attended both elementary and high school in Resen, Bitola and Ohrid after which he enrolled at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb where he graduated in 1955. His earliest positions include working as a court clerk as well as spending one year as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law in Skopje.
Back in 1958, he was appointed a judge at the Skopje Regional Court II, while at the end of 1959 and in 1966, he was appointed to the Skopje District Court. From 1968 to 1975 he took the role of an assistant to the State’s Justice Secretary of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia.
